PAYMENT: 

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates, and the balance should be paid 7 days before the arrival date. 

PAYMENT METHOD:

• EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

NO EXCEPTIONS:

• All reservations are subject to this cancellation policy without exceptions.

CANCELLATION FEES:

• 14 days or less before date of arrival: 100% of the deposit amount will be forfeited.
• 15-30 days before date of arrival: 50% of the deposit amount will be forfeited.
• 31 days or more before date of arrival: 25% of the deposit amount will be forfeited.

RESERVATION CHANGES: 

• Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional fees

NO SHOWS: 

• In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited. 

EARLY DEPARTURE: 

• No refunds will be given for early departure.
